| If I understand the question correctly, you want to know what number to use in the race file for the various default languages. As far as I can tell, the number is a bit mask, ie. a power of 2, as follows:
Thus, if you wanted a class to speak, say, Common and Pixie, you would use the number 9 (1 + 8).
1 Common Human base language
2 Elven Elven base language
4 Dwarven Dwarven base language
8 Pixie Pixie/Fairy base language
16 Ogre Ogre base language
32 Orcish Orc base language
64 Trollish Troll base language
128 Rodent Small mammals
256 Insectoid Insects
512 Mammal Larger mammals
1024 Reptile Small reptiles
2048 Dragon Large reptiles, Dragons
4096 Spiritual Necromancers or undeads/spectres
8192 Magical Spells maybe? Magical creatures
16384 Goblin Goblin base language
32768 God Clerics possibly? God creatures
