I am using-or rather trying to use version 4.37-, and my friend put in all of his world data for me, directly from his own MUSH world database. However, upon attempting to connect, I receive an error, telling me that the "Connection Refused", and it referred me to the forums here. So please, can anyone assist me?

Start->Run, type in:
telnet address port
