I did search the forums and did not find any topics that relate to my questions.

Is it possible to disable a specific trigger group? There's a check box to enable/disable ALL triggers, but I'd like to be able to turn a small group of like six triggers on and off, per my need of them.

Right now I'm going back in and turning them off and on one by one, which is a pain.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, programmatically, with https://mushclient.com/scripts/doc.php?function=EnableTriggerGroup

You can create an alias or accelerator that sends to Script and calls this function for your trigger group.
