No scripting capabilities to speak of so hoping to find someone who can make a mini-window with my 'saff' which auto updates.

I don't know about just saff output on its own, but Bast's miniwindow spellup plugin shows what you're affected by and also casts spells on you when they wear off. His code repository is https://github.com/endavis/bastmush
