Hello! I had to download a copy of MUSHClient to my laptop (which runs Vista, if that matters) after my desktop decided to crap out on me. Now I'm facing an odd problem:

I downloaded the program, loaded it up, and saved my first world. I used to be able to go to 'File -> New World...' (or hit the 'New World' button) and it would offer to load the defaults of a previous world, but it doesn't do that now. I'm not able to open multiple instances of the same world at all unless I save multiple copies of that world.

Is there a setting I need to turn on or off to make that work again?

Thank you!

That dialog was removed because it was just confusing people.

All it did was make a new world file, copying the (chosen) existing one, which is exactly what you do if you do a "save as" to make another copy.

If you want multiple instances, do a "save as" and then open the copy (or the original as the case may be).

If you want to share things (eg. triggers, aliases) between worlds consider making a plugin, which multiple worlds can then share. There is a plugin wizard to simplify doing that.

All the old versions are available on the website if you really wish to stick to an earlier version.

That change was introduced in version 4.76.
