How do you make it so that if, say you were making a Police Officer. Then a player attacks a citizen, how would you make it so the officer would "serve and protect" and join in the fight?

When you say "attacks a citizen" do you mean another player, or another mobile?

In SMAUG, I think that is the default behaviour, because there is a "noassist" flag, that *stops* them assisting other mobs.
