| I notice that on around 11th December 2002 the forum here has reached 1,000 registered users, and no doubt many more visitors who are viewing it without registering (you only need to register to post messages).
I am pleased that the forum is so useful - I subscribed to a few mailing lists in the past which degenerated into mainly insults and not much of interest on the actual mailing list topic. This is not happening here.
Thankfully, practically every post here is helpful - either asking an interesting question, or receiving the reply to it.
