Automapper

I am looking for an automapper snipet? Does anyone know of a really good one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sort of. There is the overland code from AFKMUD on afkmud.org and the Ackmapper code by DOTD also on afkmud.org

There's also another ANSII map snippet but I cannot seem to locate it right now.

There is AckMapper, from the dodt website.

I think there is the begining of one in SmaugFUSS, but I'm not sure.

can someone tell me whats goin on? Am i doing something wrong? It says you can put that code in smaug but its not working. I followed everything this time and i thought this was gonna be my first successful snippet but nooo...

EDIT: BTW i am using smaugfuss that i downloaded from this website

I wouldnt use that snippet, ackmapper will pretty much drop in and compile, after change the sectors to suit.

i think i am doing something wrong. Or maybe i have to edit the do_look and the other map functions.

Might be a good indication of where your problems are starting. I'm not saying this is the only problem, indeed that's probably far from the truth.

Still, look at what your errors are telling you.
