The zip file here only has StarWarsSmaug.exe by itself. What else do you need to run it?

That was one of the original SWR distributions - that has various relevant files and folders. I think you would then put the .exe into the area folder and run it.
However I am not an expert on it. Try searching this forum for SWR and see what other posts appear.
