I made a script, and discovered that if i have an alias that calls it, that alias also sends a newline to the mud. Can you make it not send anything if there's nothing in the "Send" box?

This bug has been discussed recently. It was fixed in 3.33 and re-introduced in 3.34. Now in 3.35 it is fixed again. See the release notes for MUSHclient version 3.35 - there are major rewrites to command handling, including aliases.
