SWR 1.0

Like so many other people I would like to start with a clean slate. From what I understand, SWR is derived from SMAUG. I looked at this:

But it doesn't say anything about the vnums that are "hard-coded" in SWR. Can anyone help me out here, or direct me to where it would say.
