well i have tried everything and still no luck.. i can pick up all the objects that came with the mud stock but as soon as i make one of my own i get "you must be lv 50 to use this" or "you must be lv 10 to use this" i see alot of you have the servers up and running and any help with this would be nice..i have the patch install i was told about and still no luck.

Well mate. I think I can solve this.
When you create an object, you have to remember to set the level. Because the default level when created is usually 50 or 65. Depending on what you use to make it. I believe it is 65 on my MUD. Until you reset the level. It will be the default creation level.
