Smaug does not support ñ or accents, how to modify this?

How do I get to write ñ and accents smaug ?

Depends which version you have. Some early versions stripped the high-order bit from user input (and thus the ñ would turn into something else).

More recent versions don't, as far as I know.

Alter Aeon intentionally translates all exotic characters like that down to 7 bit ascii, and destroys characters without a translation. No two clients are going to display it properly, and you'll get complaints no matter which setup you choose. By smashing it out, at least everyone will see the same information.

Well, it's hardly exotic if you live in Argentina.
