I recently had to hunt down a new MUD client after my last one broke on me. I was trying to set this one up to mimic my triggers, macros, and aliases from my other one. I got the triggers and most of the macros done correctly but the aliases have stopped me dead. Is there a way to set an alias to allow text placed after it to be left alone and it only change part of the input text.
Example.
Input with @Name Alias (@Jim waves to his neighbor.)
Output to MUD in question with "emote | Jim" being the output for the @Name alias(emote | Jim waves to his neighbor.)
How can I set up MUSHclient for this type of Alias out put. Because the help documents don't seem to explain this at all. The aliases I have now work so long as I don't add anything at all after the Alias but that's what I want to do.
