windowCreate - flag option for no border.

Ability to create a mini-window with no border to allow for 'skinning' windows with graphical borders.

Looked through the appropriate docs and didn't see a "clean" way to do this but please let me know if I missed it.

Hrm, maybe I am confused in some way, but I didn't think there were borders to start with other than the ones you draw yourself. I've already used miniwindows for skinning multiple times, and although I can't claim it was gfx heavy, I didn't notice any extra borders.

I agree, I've never seen any borders at all. The only borders I've ever seen were ones I added myself.
