line-wrapping

I recently noticed a problem in MC line-wrapping, where MC ignores whether or not line-wrapping is actually on, and pays attention only to the number of characters that line-wrapping has been set to.

For example, in a line 81 characters long, when line wrapping off, and the # number of characters is set to 80, the last character is wrapped. This can be verified through the test-trigger dialog box. If the number is increased to 120 say, but line-wrapping is still disabled, this last character no longer wraps.

Strangly enough, 'indent paragraph' seems to have no effect here.

P.S. Nick, when the next version coming? I'm looking forward to the GA/EOR thing.

MUSHclient always wraps at <= the number of characters you specify in the "line width" box.

What "line wrapping" does is cause it to wrap at the previous space, to make text more readable and not wrap in the middle of a word.

The wording of the help for that screen is slightly ambiguous in this respect.

The new version should be available fairly soon. :)
