or not, i can connect to it but my friend cant yet, i never could connect to it from my ip and port before now tho...

So, now entering your ISP IP and the port, you can connect, as opposed to localhost, but your friend cannot?

ISP IP? i thought you ment to IP you get from wnipcfg which is a 192.168 IP. And i entered that and gave my friend that IP and he still cant connect

192.168.xxx..... is your local IP address... of course only you can connect to it. You need to give people your "real" IP address, that is, your public, Internet one.

no, you don't want him to connect to that one. You have 2 ips to worry about: the one that your computer has across the network(assigned by the router), and the one that your router is assigned by your ISP. To get THAT IP(the one that you want your friend to connect to), you can get it in your router information.
