What do messages like the below indicate?

Speedwalk failed! Expected to be in '0' but ended up in 'AE00A35BEA5940FE14BA6C176'.

I presume you are using the mapper? It sounds like it has got confused running from one room to another, possibly something happened (like combat) that stopped it reaching the expected destination.

Yes, sorry, using the mapper. I don't seem to be encountering monsters when this message occurs. I'll do more research and report back.

 mapper config include_room_name_in_hash Yes
 mapper config exits_is_single_line Yes


However I'm not sure that will fix your issue.

Speedwalking failing is usually to do with it not receiving the room it expects to receive. It is odd that it was expecting '0' because that would be "no room". It looks like the destination room UID might be wrong. Perhaps re-map that.
