I have just downloaded the Smaug for windows (yeah I know) :) anyways how do I go about changing the port from 4000 to say 8080 "Firewall problem at work ;)" I have looked through all the files maybe I am missing something. ????

Unless you have the actual source code rather than the precompiled, its pretty much impossible to remap the play port unfortunately.
