Editing an Existing Post and Spam Control

I recently posted a message, but when I attempted to edit it to fix grammatical errors, the forum indicated I had to wait 20 minutes to post again.

I understand rate limiting to reduce spam impact. My suggestion would be to allow same author post edits to bypass the timer.

It looks like I had a bug. It should work now.
