Can't Logon From Home (IP blocked)

I was trying to logon with my registered password, unaware that the password I gave when I registered wasn't valid. I then had to use password retrieval to get my actual password. By this time, I couldn't login from my home computer (too many attempts).

Is there a way that you can reset this so that I can logon from home?
