| I need some help with a Trigger.
Basically, I need an Auto-Stat roller for a D&D MUD. Every 'roll' you get a random number for each stat, such as Strength, Intelligence, ect., and I need a trigger that will keep rolling until I get two certain stats and then stop, which are:
str [22(100)] and con [21]
Each time you roll, you get a little thing something like: this, but with different 'rolled' stats:
Rolled: str [17(0)] int [6] wis [6] dex [9] con [11] cha [9]
Do you want to keep these stats? [Y/N]
So, basically, it'll keep rolling until I get str [22(100)] and con [21].. and the other numbers I don't really care about.
Any ideas? | Top |

| Okay, so I have the trigger, ^\s*Rolled:\s*str\s*[(\d+)\((\d+)\)]\s*int\s*[(\d+)]\s*wis\s*[(\d+)]\s*dex\s*[(\d+)]\s*con\s*[(\d+)]\s*cha\s*[(\d+)]$ .. Now how would I fix it to work?
I'm completely new to MUSHClient's triggers, so talk like you're talking to a monkey. ;) | Top |

| I'm sorry, but I don't have time myself to rewrite the auto roller trigger for every MUD out there. There are quite a few examples on the forum here, you would need to adapt one.
Variables are the exact prompt from the MUD, whether it is one line or more, and what you are trying to match on.
Do a search for "roller" and see what you find. |
