Seems like this plugin poste for autoheaing isn't working:

The help file doesn't work, it doesn't sip health or eat moss when you turn both of the options are and set max health and mana. Anyone have any ideas?

I didn't write it, so it is hard to help. Try turning Trace on (Game menu -> Trace) and see if triggers are firing when they are supposed to.
