I'm starting to get to quite a list on my main games... it'd be nice if there was some easier way to organize them, like in folders or something, than just trying to do it with labels.

I suggest you use plugins now to achieve this effect. A plugin can group related triggers/aliases/timers, and has the advantage the whole lot can be installed/uninstalled, or enabled/disabled as a unit.
