You need an olc security rating... assuming you are level 100 you can set your security to whatever you like.

set char self security 9

Will set your security to the maximum.

Then start editing/creating... for example:
redit 3001
show
command
done

Type 'command olc' while not in an editor to get a list of the olc editors you can access.

The common ones are:
aedit - area edit (alist to list the area numbers)
redit - room edit (rlist to list the room numbers in the current area)
medit - mobile edit (see mlist)
oedit - object edit (see olist)
mpedit - mobprog edit (see mplist, mobhelp and ifhelp)
hedit - help edit (see hlist, helplist etc)

As an admin you will want to use gameedit also.

To configure aspects about the game you also use:
raceedit - the race editor (see rinfo).
classedit - the class editor
sedit - the spell/skill editor (see spinfo), - combine sedit with the class command, 'help -class'.

Other information is covered in the helps, start with help olc.

Good luck,

- Kal
