Whenever there is supposed to be a "<" in the output from the MUD, it simply doesn't appear, throwing off the ASCII shapes and such. How do I fix this?

What codebase is the mud running, what special color chars does the mud use, what operating system are you using? Also, do you have < defined as a special character in MC for speedwalking or something?

I think it's running on TinyMUD, but I'm not sure. The color codes it uses are |B for blue, |R for red, etc. The missing < would be blue if it were there. And I haven't made any marcros using <. I'm using version 3.32, by the way.

MUDs that use MXP should convert < to < as part of their output routine. If you forced MXP on, then you would get that behaviour, I wouldn't do that unless the MUD is using MXP.
