Assuming that it is active and you are using the default character for it, then:

/addtrigger "", "You are thirsty.", "drink fountain", 1, 0, 0, "", ""

This is I will admit overly complex for something that 'should' only require two parameters, but it is possible.

There is also the option of making a script or plugin that supports less complex syntax, but so far we have been too lazy to do it. lol

This answer doesn't make much sense, as I gather the question has been deleted.

I would prefer that questions (with their answers) be left on the forum to help other people who may have a similar question in the future.
